Terms of Use
C deeply, LLC ("we", "our") makes no warranty whatsoever regarding the
neural network generating service hosted at dnndoodler.com ("the Service").
We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages
resulting from use of the Service, such as:
- Losses or damages resulting from inadequacies or problems with the Service.
You are responsible for checking that any neural network we provide meets your expectations
before employing it in your own code;
- Losses or damages resulting from misuse or nefarious use of the Service.
Users of the Service may not attempt to hack into, reverse engineer or damage the Service,
nor use it for malicious purposes. We reserve the right to deny our Service to any user
in order to enforce these terms.
In return, we promise to keep both your sample data and your
neural networks confidential by a) encrypting them en route between computers, and
b) deleting them after the user obtains the neural network.
We never inspect these files without your permission -- they are only ever read by machines.
Know that we may record the following solely for our internal use:
- 4-byte hashes of sample and importance tables (to compare submissions in case of problems);
- Non-file fields from the submission form, such as architecture options and calculation times;
- Data found in web server logs, such IP addresses, dates and times of form submission, etc.
